Distance learning (E-learning) Master’s course This Master’s course has the aim of training professionals capable of accepting the risks and opportunities inherent in the life of a pluralistic and multicultural society, so as to competently discern, mediate and manage conflict as well as the potentials of growth and development. With the rise of economic globalization, internationalization of businesses and the arrival of multicultural society, there has emerged the need for professionals with specific competencies in order to intervene in situations involving social and cultural, educational and scholastic, economic and commercial, healthcare and territorial factors characterized by the presence of people that belong to different cultures with different linguistic, axiological, religious and cultural models. In light of new developments in Intercultural Pedagogy, by means of acquiring the competencies in the field of intercultural mediation, in effective coaching and management of conflicts, the Master’s course will be aimed at improving the ability to understand to engage interpersonally and solve problems above all in the fields of education and schooling, as well as the social and commercial domain.
