The Master in "Expert in System Planning and Management for Continuous training and Learning in Complex Organizations and Systems" aims to train highly specialized professinals who, by means of a thorough and organized study course, both from the theoretical and practical, applicative viewpoints,will be able to work in decision-making roles, and not simply as operators, inside complex systems, institutions and organizations, in the fields of training and learning, which they will also be qualified to do by means of IT and communication technology. The Master aims to provide the opportunity to consolidate and complete those skills that will enable the future professional to make in-depth interpretations of different organizational contexts, to know how to promote and support the individual development, of individuals and organizations, with the required know how and changes and using all the possible strategies available for learning, including the use of new technology. We propose, therefore, to give young graduates the opportunity to develop a thorough theoretical background and a range of technical-operational tools which, added to the advanced training that he or she has already received, will enhance the student's autonomy, for their future work as consultants and facilitators in development processes and individual and organizational change.
